plz.review uses a Slack App for managing access to your Slack workspace. For background on how that works, see Understanding app permissions.

Workspace permissions

The following permissions are requested for workspaces installing plz.review:

• chat:write - Post messages in approved channels & conversations

Data retention

With one exception noted below, we do not store Slack workspace data in resting data stores. The only Slack workspace data we do store is:

• Access tokens that allow us to DM an authorizing user about events on plz.review. These tokens are encrypted at rest.
